I normally try to avoid writing about this game. You knwo why? Because I don’t know what to tell you about it. It’s so weird. Not the game itself, but the fact that Sega is doing a rhythm game without including Space Channel 5!

Homing attack for classic Sonic in console version of Sonic Generations confirmed

It has been confirmed that classic Sonic has a homing attack. After all this speculation of it being only in the 3DS version of the game, it has been found as an upgrade that you can buy for the classic version of everyone’s favorite blue hedgehog.
… and it’s completely optional. So, no reason for mass hysteria, panic or rage.
Sapporo most likely to become main location in Yakuza 5

The Yakuza 5 developers put up a poll some time ago in order to find out, where the fans of the series want the next game to take place in. Voters have the choice between four different cities and at this moment, Sapporo leads with 41% of the votes before Fukuoka (22%), Osaka (19%) and Nagoya (18%). If Sapporo wins, that would be exciting, because the island of Hokkaido is rarely getting love in Japanese videogames and it could make for some great backdrops. Also, they make quite tasty beer there!

Sonic CD gets Tails as second playable character

A new addition that is coming to the re-release of Sonic CD for various digital platforms: Tails as a playable character! I have always been wondering why he never was in the original version, but now he is at least in the remake. He gets unlocked after the first playthrough. In other news, you can get the game early if you buy a tablet at Gamestop. Sweet deal!
