House of the Dead Overkill: Extended Cut has retro 3D!
Sep 27th
Sega’s marketing department goes once again the rather absurd route when it comes to promoting an upcoming release: House of the Dead Overkill: Extended Cut isn’t only going to feature modern 3D technology, No, it’s also going to have RED-CYAN anaglyphic 3D. Which will hurt your eyes even more than regular 3D. Still, I love the idea behind it!

Sonic CD soundtrack to be released for Sonic’s 20th Anniversary
Sep 27th
The international version of the Sonic CD soundtrack will see a release for the blue hedgehog’s 20th anniversary at least in Japan. This would be actually the first time the international version, used in Europe and Japan sees a seperate release and it can be purchansed over at CDJapan. I’m wondering why they aren’t putting it on iTunes or other download platforms though, because I can only imagine that the interest would be huge.

Tommy Wiseau takes on Mortal Kombat
Sep 25th
Before you question my reasoning behind why I put this on a Sega site: Mortal Kombat was more awesome on Sega systems, because the blood was still in there! Now watch Tommy Wiseau, mastermind behind ‘The Room’, play the latest entry in the Mortal Kombat series, called… Mortal Kombat.
I hate modern naming conventions.
And ‘kool’ misspelling for that matter…
