Announcing the Jet Set Radio contest winners!
Aug 24th
First of all, a big thank you to everyone who entered and contributed to this contest. I can honestly say that the amount and quality of work surpassed all of our expectations. Narrowing the entries down to just 10 winners was no easy task and it took nearly all of yesterday for us to produce this final list of winners. Luckily, Sega has agreed to provide 10 Jet Set Radio lanyards for the 10 runners-up so we are able to reward a few more of you for your hard work. In addition, we will be creating a gallery of all the entries that will likely be posted on the official Sega Facebook page.
Now, without further adieu hit the jump and check out the winning entries!
Contest: Win a Jet Set Radio hoodie!
Aug 21st
We’ve got a problem here at Sega Addicts headquarters: 10 Jet Set Radio hoodies and no one to wear them. After some brainstorming we’ve come up with the grand idea of running a contest where the 10 best entries will be rewarded with a Jet Set Radio hoodie to do with as they please. (We recommend wearing it to formal social gatherings)
How do you enter?
To enter all you have to do is create something that combines the Jet Set Radio aesthetic with any other Sega license. It can be a character from another Sega game drawn in the JSR style as if they were a character from the game, you could turn another game’s logo into a JSR graffiti tag, remix a song from one game and turn it into something more JSR-sounding and any other idea you can think of. All you have to do is make sure and post the image or a link in the comments below and you’re entered!
The contest will run from August 8th until midnight on August 22nd. On August 24th we will be announcing the 10 lucky winners of a Jet Set Radio hoodie! Good luck!
The Episode 100 winners are…
Jul 3rd

Contest: We’re giving away 2 copies of Shinobi 3DS!
Nov 20th
It’s true. By winning this contest you could be the proud owner of a copy of the US version of Shinobi 3DS.
All you have to do is create a mock screenshot combining a Shinobi game with another Sega franchise.
Remember the game Alex Kidd in Shinobi World? If not, let me explain: It was a game Sega created for the Sega Master System that combined their two franchises Alex Kidd and Shinobi into one game. They did it by taking Alex Kidd out of his games and plugging him into a Shinobi themed world with similar levels, enemies, etc.
What we’d like you to do is create your own mock screenshot that either puts a different Sega character into a Shinobi themed game OR put one of the main characters from a Shinobi game into a different Sega game. You can use games from any era so it does not have to be a strictly 2D screenshot.
The deadline for submissions is November 20th and winners will be announced a few days after. Please post your submissions in the comments below.
Good luck!
