Interesting!

Recently, a survey was done by by Japanese gaming magazine/website Dengeki about the most interesting games of 2010 so far. Although the results might not be what you expect (congrats to Etrian Odyssey III and Nier!) Sega definitely holds on to a decent chunk of the list with three games in the top twenty. The list is as follows:

  1. Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker (PSP) – Konami
  2. Etrian Odyssey III (DS) – Atlus
  3. Xenoblade (Wii) – Nintendo
  4. Super Street Fighter IV (Multi) – Capcom
  5. Nier Replicant/Nier Gestalt (PS3/360) – Square Enix
  6. Ar Tonelico III (PS3) – Gust
  7. Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep (PSP) – Square Enix
  8. Lost Planet 2 (Multi) – Capcom
  9. Super Mario Galaxy 2 (Wii) – Nintendo
  10. God Eater (PSP) – Namco-Bandai
  11. Yakuza 4 (PS3) – Sega
  12. God of War 3 (PS3) – Sony
  13. Ghost Trick (DS) – Capcom
  14. Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker 2 (DS) – Square Enix
  15. Atelier Totori: The Alchemist of Arland 2 (PS3) – Gust
  16. Love Plus+ (DS) – Konami
  17. Valkyria Chronicles 2 (PSP) – Sega
  18. Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Reverie (DS) – Square Enix
  19. Resonance of Fate (Multi) – Sega
  20. Heavy Rain (PS3) – Sony

So what do you guys think? Do you agree with the stuff (that’s been released where you live) that’s on this list? I do, but that’s because I’m one of the six people in America who enjoyed Nier. Do wish some of the Sega stuff was higher, but hey, what can you do?
