A recent report on Siliconera states that Sega of Japan have filed a trademark for a yet unannounced ‘Puyo Puyo Narabe’ game. This does however tie in nicely with the our recent news story of new PS Vita specific, Puyo Puyo backgrounds being made available on the Japanese Puyo Puyo web portal, and our suspicions of a new PS Vita title being developed as we speak.

I doubt anyone would be particularly surprised if Puyo Puyo made an appearance on the PS Vita, with some like myself wondering why it wasn’t even a made a launch title. Either way, we’ll be sure to let you know as soon as we catch wind of more magical, beany, blobby news.
