Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers gets a 3DS remake
Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers, which is part of the long running JRPG-series “Shin Megami Tensei”, is getting a remake for the Nintendo 3DS. The PlayStation One and Sega Saturn classic will receive a new opening animation from Satelite, a new voice cast, improved animations and shorter load times. The game is partially known for having been the first Shin Megami Tensei title to be considered for a Western release. Unfortunately, Sony of America refused it. The title will be released in Japan on August 30th, it is unknown whether or not it will have a Western release. However, considering that all the PSP remakes and DS games made it to the West, chances are good.

I’m really looking forward to this one. Saturn version was really cool.
