Kickstart Genesis RPG Pier Solar into HD
The developers the homebrew Genesis RPG, Pier Solar, have started a Kickstarter to redo the game in HD and launch it on PC, Linux, Mac, Xbox 360 and… Dreamcast! This HD makeover has a pretty unique style with the character sprites retaining their 16-bit aesthetic but all backgrounds and environments will be redrawn with an HD coat of paint. Looks kinda nice, me thinks.
The team, WaterMelon Co., already have half of their $139,000 goal and with 27 days to go it looks like there’s a good chance they’ll make it. Especially with your help!
