Binary Domain is a Steam deal of the week
Mar 20th
Have we told you enough about how good Binary Domain is and how unfortunate it is that the game didn’t receive the audience it deserved?
Well, if you’ve always been intrigued but didn’t have the cash to spare on this game’s binary goodness today is your day! For the low price of $6.24, Binary Domain could be a part of your Steam library of games. It’s even got:
-A NEW TAKE ON FUTURISTIC TOKYO!
-A CONSEQUENCE SYSTEM!
-PROCEDURAL DAMAGE!
-WEAPON MODIFICATION AND SKILL SELECTION!
But you must act now as this offer ends on March 25th!

Binary Domain is now ‘On Demand’!
Mar 17th
Underplayed third person shooter Binary Domain may get some more love hopefully now that it’s one of Microsoft’s prestigious ‘Games on Demand’. Basically this means that you don’t have to go exploring your favorite stores for a ludicrously cheap copy of the game because now you can buy it from the comfort of XBLA! And it’s only $20 to download, a reasonable cost considering it’s budget price tag elsewhere.
However keep in mind the game is over 7 GB so you might want to save up some space on your Xbox before blasting down some robot scum. Now lets just keep our fingers crossed that this version of the game might sell well…
The Sega Addicts Kids Table: Episode 62 – Steak Sunday
Feb 10th
Warning: This episode of The Sega Addicts Kids Table may not be suitable for vegetarians. If you are too much of a wimp to eat meat like the manly Stevie, Josh, and (returning from making a gamejam game which you can find here) John, then you may want to eat some rice or something else instead. However if you are up for a rousing feast of Sega based conversation then tighten your belt as we have a lot on the plate this week!
In this beefy episode the gang discuss the new Sonic game rumours, Aliens: Colonial Marines‘ season pass and John’s new Sunday tradition. Oh and cannibalism! There’s a healthy dose of that in this MP3 too! So don’t fall down the food chain, listen to this podcast instead and join us at the top! It’s delicious up here!
Or go to our iTunes and subscribe! Leave us a review or else we won’t hesitate to go all Alferd Packer over you.
Oh and here’s Scotty’s bands video which we mention in the ep.
And finally you got one last chance to enter Newey Needs to Knowey (what you think!). Tweet your idea for an Anarchy Reigns character to @segaaddicts and your ideas will be read out on the show. The best entry gets a drawing of their character! So get cracking or there’ll be no Steak Sunday for you from now on!
The Sega Addicts Kids Table: Episode 59 – Cut That Out
Jan 10th
Have you guys ever wondered how The Sega Addicts Kids Table gets edited? Well it’s a magical process that involves cutting everything and anything that your co-hosts want you too! Or that’s what Josh and John want you to think as in this episode Stevie is at their beck and call with a new catchphrase which is sprinkled throughout this fun-filled journey of Sega based entertainment. And if you don’t like it you can always cut it out.
In the actual meat of the episode the gang discuss the Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown tournament, First 4 Figures new Shenmue inspired statue, and the leaked Crimson Dragon demo footage. If that sounds good to you then why not give it a listen? What else were you gonna do with that 1 hour and 11 minutes of your evening anyway?
Or go to our iTunes and subscribe! Review us and we’ll cut that out…
The Sega Addicts Kids Table: Episode 58 – Another New Years Episode
Jan 3rd
Well here we are yet again! Last year Stevie, Josh, and John gathered round to record the obligatory New Years episode of The Sega Addicts Kids Table. And exactly one year later here they are once more to indulge in what all the other podcast’s you listen to are doing too: Making a generic ‘year in review’ podcast that you’re all probably tired of already.
But don’t let that put you off as we do make our way through some pretty interesting topics, all scattered through an in depth round up of 2012′s biggest Sega releases. We also decide on our official game of the year… kind of. It’s weird. You’ll see.
Or go to our iTunes and subscribe! You could even review us if you enjoy the content we provide (or are a decent person).
And we’re back on track with Newey Needs to Knowey! Just tweet what Sega or non Sega location you’d like to see in Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed to @segaaddicts. Best answer will win a monster drawing straight from Josh! Wow!
See you next Thursday!
Sega Addicts Podcast: Episode 114 – Games of the Year
Dec 22nd
On this week’s episode Tom and Mike are updating Skype when suddenly they lose power and have to restart their computer and completely re-install Skype from scratch. This series of events makes them late to the podcast but luckily for them, Kris and I are extremely understanding and nice to them anyway. We also talk about some Sega stuff like games we’ve been playing and all the games Sega released in 2012.
See ya in 2013!

The Sega Addicts Kids Table: Episode 38 – Three Guys, a Text, and a Pizza Place
May 3rd
So after last week I bet you were all hyped up for today’s hot dog stuffed crust pizza extravaganza! Well I’m sorry to tell you but as the darkest chapter in the ‘Hot Dog Pizza Saga’ I do not get to eat the pizza of my dreams in this episode. However to combat this, me (Stevie), Josh, and John talk about other decadent pizza’s in this fabulous episode of The Sega Addicts Kids Table!
What else do we talk about? Well if Binary Domain‘s PC release and Sonic 4‘s Steam leak interest you, then you’ll be sure to have a great time! PSA: Binary Domain now available for PC
Apr 27th
Binary Domain, the surprisingly good Third-Person Shooter by the Yakuza team, is now available on PC. You can get a boxed version or buy it at the digital distribution method of your choice. This version is a bit cheaper than the console version, so there’s hope it will sell better on PC than it did on the consoles…
