The Sega Addicts Kids Table: MTV’s Rock the Rock Commentary Track
Feb 15th
Do you remember the 90′s? That magical decade of extreme attitudes and semi-irritating alternate rock fads? Well The Sega Addicts Kids Table does and is here to remind you with this exciting mini-commentary for MTV’s Rock the Rock! We posted about this Sonic and Knuckles themed special on the site before but Stevie and John thought it was so ridiculously 90′s that it just needed to be poked fun of in better detail. Also Josh couldn’t make it so we decided this would be a fun side thing instead of a full episode. Either way if you haven’t seen this before, now is your chance.
You can watch the ‘X-TREME’ video along with us here. Prepare yourself… it is very indicative of the 90′s…
Or go to our iTunes and subscribe! Review us or we’ll put you in Alcatraz like MTV did.
And finally since we didn’t do a regular episode this week you can still do Newey Needs to Knowey (what you think!). Tweet your idea for an Anarchy Reigns character to @segaaddicts and your ideas will be read out on the show. The best entry gets a drawing of their character! We’ve delayed this one for so long so you better do it!

They made a vow the podcast will be found!
Stevie and John got Scotty from the site, drummer and leader of the freedom fight! They seek Josh Newey, he knows they do. Is it time? If he only knew. Will the podcast’s dreams come?
Sonic Underground (commentary track)!

You long for this podcast, but you have to wait. To not have access to the first three episodes of Sonic Underground (on netflix or iTunes for example) will seal your fate! They made a vow the podcast will be found…

The Sega Addicts Kids Table: House of the Dead 2: Dead Aim Commentary Track
Sep 13th
So after weeks of teasing and torment it’s finally here! The Sega Addicts Kids Table is finally ready to take on the sequel to the very awful House of the Dead movie! And what’s more is this one isn’t directed by Uwe Boll! But wait because this movie may in fact be even worse than the previous one. Oh dear…
So to help out Stevie and Josh (John is busy, more on that later), Scotty Morrison from the site decided to also take on the task of watching this horrible straight to DVD nonsense. Oh and Josh sounds like a heavily breathing robot for a good amount of this podcast. Maybe the movie was so bad that the mic decided to go all weird? Probably not. Either way if you’re ready for one hell of a frustrating zombie movie then you’ve come to the right place. Get your copies of House of the Dead 2: Dead Aim and listen along as we sigh very heavily at what we put ourselves through for you… you’re welcome…
Or go to our iTunes and subscribe! If you liked it then review us! That’d maybe make up for this horrible movie…
And also I just want to say thank you so much for the fans that have supported us throughout the past year. I know we just got to 50 episodes but as you can tell, John is super busy and we all thought it would be best if we took a month’s break. Don’t worry though because we’ll be back on Halloween with a special, along with Episode 51 the week after. Thanks so much and if you want to get your fix of Stevie and Josh you can always listen to The Goosebumps Book Club whenever that updates. In the meantime we’ll see you on Halloween for another terrifying treat! SpoOOOooOoooOOOoOoky!
The Sega Addicts Kids Table: Wirehead Commentary Track
Aug 30th
Looks like we’re here again! That’s right after an unexpected break The Sega Addicts Kids Table is back on track to provide you with more podcast fun! However since John has been a very busy bee lately, he couldn’t make it to our House of the Dead 2 commentary recording. Of course we didn’t want him to miss out on this though, so Stevie and Josh postponed that commentary and instead invited Michael Westgarth to get his mind fucked by the insanity of the Sega CD classic: Wirehead.
You may have heard us talk about this game in the past. Or maybe you might remember some of it’s scenes from a far off nightmare. Either way it’s pure insanity is enough to melt minds. Are you ready for this? If so you can watch the video along with us here (thanks to cubex55). So watch it and enjoy the feeling of your mind unravelling.
Or go to our iTunes and do the things that you do there. Maybe you could review us? That would be neat. The neatest thing in the world perhaps!
We’ll be back next week with House of the Dead 2 and another extra treat! In the meantime you can still do Episode 51′s Newey Needs to Knowey by answering the latest question through the Sega Addicts twitter. The question is about Sega and pizza… and not in a nice way. Have fun!
The Sega Addicts Kids Table: Bug Blasters: The Exterminators Commentary Track
Jun 7th
Unfortunately for the human race The Sega Addicts Kids Table isn’t always right about everything. Yes! We do make mistakes and mishaps! One of these mishaps happened recently which meant that we couldn’t do the episode we planned to do today. Don’t worry we’ll be back with a normal episode about Sega news next week but for now we recorded an extra special commentary track just for you! And unlike last week’s commentary this one has an FMV twist!
So sit back and relax as Stevie, Josh and guest Tom Kyzivat talk their way through the beloved Sega CD classic: Bug Blasters: The Exterminators! You can view the video we talk over here courtesy of cubex55. Trust me, your body isn’t ready for it’s madness.
Or go to our iTunes and subscribe! Review us as well ’cause we are the coolest kids in town (trade mark).
The Sega Addicts Kids Table: Alien Vs. Predator Commentary Track
May 31st
It seems that Sega has had it’s fingers up the Aliens franchise for a while now. And while there has been a lot of talk about the upcoming Aliens: Colonial Marines, it only seems fair to take a look at some of the worst parts of the franchise to off set all this awful positivity that’s been accompanying the property for a while.
That’s where The Sega Addicts Kids Table steps in once again! That’s right to celebrate the European release of Prometheus, Stevie and the gang (that’s Josh and John) bring you an audio commentary for Alien Vs. Predator! Probably the stupidest of the series (not counting it’s abysmal sequel) in this episode we watch the movie and you get to laugh along with us! Who will win and who will lose (Spoiler: We lose)? That’s for you to find out. So get your DVD players ready and join us as we drag you into the greatest fight of the century: Antarctica Vs. People!
Or visit our iTunes and subscribe! Review us too! If you don’t, the communists win!
The Sega Addicts Kids Table: House of the Dead Commentary Track
Apr 19th
Way back in the distant year of 2003, no one could have guessed that a director known as Uwe Boll would unleash the most horrfying movie onto the world. A movie so horrifying and shocking that no one has dared to watch it since (probably). Until now! That’s right The Sega Addicts Kids Table is here to provide you guys with a goulish commentary track for the epic cinematic opus, House of the Dead!
In this special ‘bandwagon’ commentary Stevie, Josh, and John laugh through what can only be described as an unintentional masterpiece. So make sure you have your legal DVD/ blu-ray/ 3D copy of the movie so you can have a grand old time watching the stupidest series of images and sound ever committed to film, unfold with us chipping in to complain about plot holes! Enjoy!
Download it here!
Or visit our iTunes page and subscribe! Review us too if you liked it (or even if you didn’t! But still give us full marks anyways).
(Oh and John gets kind of ahead of us at some points. It’ll be fine, just ride it out.)
New Unskippable pokes fun at Sonic and the Black Knight
Sep 21st
If you haven’t been watching Unskippable on the escapist, what are you doing? Really now. Either way you can start with the episode posted above. It’s Sonic related too! Seriously though check these guys out, they’re funny and they do a lot of Sega stuff too!

Watch new Sonic Generations footage with commentary by Patrick Riley
May 20th
That’s right you’d think before E3 Sega would be keeping their mouths shut, but it seems that the hype train is gearing up right before. As you can see from the above video Sonic Generations has all new footage with commentary but the game’s director Patrick Riley. All of this makes me very excited as I can feel my cynical nature melting away as I see new footage. But that could be heightened sense of reality talking.
Hit the jump to see one more video, this time of modern Sonic’s Green Hill stage!

From the Vault! The Sonic 4: Episode 2 Lost Commentaries
Apr 22nd

Remember when we used to do commentaries here at Sega Addicts? No? Well an old writer Sven used to sit down and put together some footage and slap our horrible voices all over it. However one stormy night Sven left the site in the middle of our Sonic 4: Episode 2 commentary with Josh Newey, leaving the saga incomplete and empty.
…until now! As you can see above we finally have access to the lost videos for your enjoyment. Sonic 4: Episode 2 is no longer relevant though but if you don’t mind hearing us blabber on about weird nonsense (I haven’t watched this since) with a slightly rubbish videogame on in the background, then these lost treats are for you my friend. You can see the final part in this commentary after the jump, and if you’re new to these videos you can even check out Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3!
Who knows maybe one day we could even get this going again. Meh, that’ll probably never happen. Ever. Nope. Nada. No way… now hit the jump and stop thinking about that…
Oh and enjoy!
