And since this is the first with our new bi-weekly schedule Stevie, Josh, and John decide to treat you with a Staind reference! You remember them right? Someone has to.

The Sega Addicts Kids Table: Episode 64 – Don’t You (Forget About Pee)

Oh boy, what have The Sega Addicts Kids Table got themselves wrapped up in this time? Detention? In a 1985 coming of age John Hughes movie? Oh no! What a terrible, yet totally radical fate! That’s right in this episode Stevie, Josh, and John learn about the power of homework and friendship with special guest Scotty! Also there’s a lot of gross peeing. Eww.
The main part of the episode however is focused on the recent Aliens: Colonial Marines controversy, with whole sections dedicated to discussing it’s bugs and it’s now infamous scandals. So pull up a chair, break out the popcorn or your old school uniform because it’s time to learn with the Kids Table once again for the first time in a while (we’re back on track now)!

Apart from possibly offending every New York listener with my awesome accent, we also discuss Microsoft’s old plans to buy Sega in the Dreamcast era, and tackle the whole mess that is the Aliens: Colonial Marines controversy. Warning: This episode of The Sega Addicts Kids Table may not be suitable for vegetarians. If you are too much of a wimp to eat meat like the manly Stevie, Josh, and (returning from making a gamejam game which you can find here) John, then you may want to eat some rice or something else instead. However if you are up for a rousing feast of Sega based conversation then tighten your belt as we have a lot on the plate this week!

The Sega Addicts Kids Table: Episode 61 – Live Free or Reign Anarchy

Anarchy Reigns is still relevant right? What about the 4th Die Hard movie? Oh well, even if they aren’t exactly new it doesn’t mean that The Sega Addicts Kids Table can’t discuss/ awkwardly reference them! That’s right in this episode Stevie and Josh (John was busy doing game competitions) analyse Platinum’s recent multiplayer extravaganza in a fun episode that’s sure to tickle your senses.
So expect spoilers and a lot of thrilling action from the dynamic duo as we finally get into what makes the game tick. Also I don’t even remember where the Die Hard joke comes from so that’ll be a surprise for us all.

Hello once again magical explorers! Are you finally ready for that exciting and gripping Anarchy Reigns based episode we’ve been teasing for a while? Well The Sega Addicts Kids Table sure wasn’t this week! Or at least John wasn’t, and him being ill and disgusting left Stevie and Josh with the darkest option they could possibly imagine. Getting Kris Knigge on as a guest instead. What’s this? The team cooperating with John’s nemesis (it’s from a past episode, don’t worry)? Say it isn’t so!
Well if you did say it was so then you can treat yourself to a bunch of tasty treats and semi-interesting conversation! These include Project X Zone‘s Western release, Jack Lumber‘s poor sales, and what our catchphrases would be. So put down that knife, because even though it’s late, it’s still finally here! Or that’s what Josh and John want you to think as in this episode Stevie is at their beck and call with a new catchphrase which is sprinkled throughout this fun-filled journey of Sega based entertainment. And if you don’t like it you can always cut it out.
In the actual meat of the episode the gang discuss the Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown tournament, First 4 Figures new Shenmue inspired statue, and the leaked Crimson Dragon demo footage. Do you remember the 90′s? That magical decade of extreme attitudes and semi-irritating alternate rock fads? Well The Sega Addicts Kids Table does and is here to remind you with this exciting mini-commentary for MTV’s Rock the Rock! We posted about this Sonic and Knuckles themed special on the site before but Stevie and John thought it was so ridiculously 90′s that it just needed to be poked fun of in better detail. Also Josh couldn’t make it so we decided this would be a fun side thing instead of a full episode. Either way if you haven’t seen this before, now is your chance.
